All pieces are made to order. Please allow the time stated in each product description, which may vary due to complexity and time of year. Please note that the time stated is for production only. Your item will be despatched Royal Mail 1st Class or equivalent as soon as it is ready.
RETURN POLICY
As all of the pieces are made to order we cannot accept returns on the basis that the item is no longer wanted. We can only process returns should the piece be defective, however we ensure any piece that is despatched passes all quality checks. If your item arrives damaged/defective please contact us immediately.
